Abdominal Breathing Technique

In addition to the 2 methods you learned in this challenge, you’ll learn the 3rd method so that you can avoid those old habits while taking quick, “catch” breaths. 

Thoracic Breathing Technique

You’ll learn how to train your rib cage to expand in 3-Dimensions so that you can access even more breath capacity.

Appaggio Breathing Technique

I show you how to integrate Abdominal and Thoracic techniques into the Ultimate Breathing Technique, in the Appaggio Breathing Technique module.
